Essay: On journaling

Journaling can be good and very helpful for some people. But, it also can be bad for some other people. This is just one of the reasons, why journaling can do more bad than good.

Motivation? Hard pass!

I am that kind of person that wants to work on herself, get better every day, learn new things etc. It does seem that we are the flavor of the month, right? The thing is we didn’t get here, where we are today. Let me share my story on how I changed my mindset.

What is going on? Nothing, I'm "fine". Heard that one? Yeah, me too. And I also said it multiple times and yet, I was never fine. I needed a friend, just a hug or something, but I was afraid, shy and embarrassed to ask for help.
